Hazel is a lateral thinker with a creative mind-set and a unique ability to conceptualise and visualise the ultimate deliverables of the organisation, that is to see the “big picture. She has more than 20 years of in-depth experience in programme and project management of a number of large-scale projects from inception stages through to completion, including responsibility for driving of change management initiatives. Hazel is well-versed with the project management space having consulted and implemented projects funded by various SETAs, Municipalities, provincial government and many private organisations, she is commendable for her impressive leadership skills with a sterling track record in driving and enhancing successful business operations, transformation and development.
